Eat Well Be Well

Eat Well Be Well is an 8-week nutritional improvement program that teaches you how to eat healthy for life. Some of the benefits include losing weight, reducing elevated lipid levels, decreasing high blood pressure and better management of blood sugar if elevated. The program features a low fat diet with emphasis on nutrient rich, high fiber foods as well as regular physical activity.
