Don't diet, eat mindfully

This six week program teaches mindful eating and helps participants:

  • become more aware of the habits that drive your eating behaviors;
  • understand the difference between physical and emotional hunger;
  • learn to listen to the wisdom of your body for guidance about what and how much to eat;
  • and create strategies for eating mindfully.
