    This 90-minute class defines mind-body medicine and its role in promoting health and healing. Topics include: The effects of stress on health; the negative stress cycle; eliciting the relaxation response; and mini-relaxation techniques. NOTE: Those interested in Mind-Body Skills for Stress Management may find this workshop helpful in deciding if they wish to enroll in the six-week program.
