Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is provided by licensed massage therapists who use a variety of therapeutic skills to meet your individual needs. Therapeutic massage helps restore mental and physical wellbeing and is often used to treat sore muscles from stress, injury, and/or illness. Deep tissue massage provides deeper work into the sub layer of muscle and fascia and can be helpful for chronic pain. Pregnancy massage helps reduce pregnancy discomforts, ease anxiety and enhance physical and emotional well being for mother and baby.
