Description:   Stop Smoking ... Start Living combines mind-body medicine therapies, social support and acupuncture. Fee is $350.

If you are unable to participate in the group program, call 544-LIVE (5483) to schedule an individualized program. Fee is $400 (Includes 3 acupuncture treatments) 

If smoking cessation is a covered service under your insurance plan the Center for Living at St. John’s Hospital will bill your insurance company for you.

It is your responsibility to call your benefits department to confirm the service is covered. It is also important you let your insurance company know the provider of these services is St. John’s Hospital.

Once you know that your insurance reimburses for the service, we will need the following:
  • an order from your physician with an ICD diagnosis code(s)
  • you must pre-register as an outpatient
