Description:
The SenseWear Assessment consists of wearing a special armband for one week, completing a seven-day food record and two appointments with the Center for Living Dietitian. The first appointment is to set up the armband and the second appointment is to interpret the data and develop recommendations for a healthier lifestyle. Data collected includes: calories burned and consumed, duration of physical activity, number of steps and sleep time/efficiency.
Fee:
$150 for 2 appointments plus one-week use of the armband
