Description:
Eat Well, Be Well is a 10-week nutrition improvement program that teaches you how to eat healthy so you can lose weight, reduce elevated lipid levels, reduce high blood pressure and better manage your blood sugar, if elevated. The program features a low-fat diet with emphasis on nutrient-rich, high-fiber foods as well as regular physical activity. It is a program that can be continued for a lifetime.
The orientation sessions are free of charge and pre-registration isn’t necessary.
