Swedish massage enhances relaxation and healing using five basic strokes (kneading, rolling, vibrational, percussive and tapping) all flowing toward the heart. Fee: $65/hr Deep tissue massage starts with relaxing the muscles, then works deeper into the sub layer of muscle and fascia. This helps with chronic muscular pain and is generally integrated with other massage techniques. Fee: $70/hr Pregnancy massage helps reduce pregnancy discomforts, ease anxiety and enhance both the physical and emotional well-being of the mother and baby.
