Craniosacral Therapy has its roots in cranial osteopathy. The practitioner uses light touch to assist with the natural movement of fluid and removal of restrictions within the craniosacral system. This is helpful for chronic pain, eye difficulties, scoliosis, learning motor coordination problems and other dysfunctions of the central nervous system.
