Description:   Medical research has linked chronic stress with increased risk for heart attack, stroke, digestive disorders, chronic backache, some forms of cancer and other diseases. Research regarding stress-related illness has also demonstrated that meditation has an impact on the symptoms of these diseases. Mindfulness for Healthy Living will teach you the basic technique of mindfulness meditation and show you how to use this tool to reduce the stress that arises in daily life.
