Description:   Support your New Year’s resolutions to improve your health by watching what you eat. This 5-week class will offer “mindful” strategies that will increase your awareness of what you eat and how you eat while supporting you in making healthier choices. Strategies include:
  • The Seven Skills of a Mindful Eater
  • The Basic Mindfulness Bite
  • Minding Portions
  • Mindful Urge Control.
