Yoga helps students gain flexibility and strength, learn how to focus mentally and relax body and mind. In addition to the physical poses, each class also includes breath work and meditation techniques. Several styles of yoga are offered to provide a variety of learning needs. All teachers are graduates of nationally recognized yoga teacher training programs and are nationally registered through Yoga Alliance.

Holiday Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. By incorporating props like yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps to support and align the body, restorative poses allow the body to fully relax in each posture. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer for maximum benefit. This workshop is open to all levels.
