• Relax and Renew   

    This group program guides participants through a series of relaxation techniques designed to counteract chronic stress.  Over the course of the program, individuals deepen their capacity to weave these stress reducing skills into the fabric of their lives. 

    CDs/Audio Downloads of guided meditations will be available.
