Mindfulness Support Group
This group is open to anyone who has taken a Center for Living class in which the practice of mindfulness was taught.
This on-going group is facilitated by the CFL mind-body skills instructor. Each session includes mindful movement, sitting meditation and discussion focused on the practice of mindfulness meditation and the integration of mindfulness into daily life.

Registration: Please apply for admission to the support group by sending an email to email@example.com or calling 314-369-1391 and let her know what class you took. You will receive confirmation of your eligibility and will be welcome to participate in the group.
