• Mindfulness: Advanced Skills

    These five sessions build on the skills presented in the class Mindfulness: Prescription for Stress Relief.  Participants will: 

    * Continue to deepen skills of mindfulness of body, thoughts and emotions.

    * Practice mindful communication using the model of Insight Dialogue.

    * Explore the impact of mindfulness on the ways we consume physical nourishment, sounds, speech, and media.
