• Mind-body skills for stress reduction

    This six week group program provides a supportive environment for learning how to minimize stress and maximize a sense of health and well-being using a variety of mind-body medicine strategies.  Participants learn:

    • relaxation skills including diaphragmatic breathing, guided imagery, mindfulness meditation
    • how to identify and challenge negative automatic thoughts
    • communication skills to decrease stress
    • a variety of coping strategies for meeting the challenges of life.

    CDs/Audio Downloads of guided meditations will be available.
