• Mind-Body Personal Training

    This is one-on-one training with the client to develop an individualized program for mastering coping skills to deal with the stresses of life. Personal programs may include practicing relaxation skills (diaphragmatic breathing, gentle stretching/movement, focused attention, guided imagery, the practice of mindfulness), defusing negative automatic thoughts, caring for emotions and increasing communication skills.
