• Meditation Circle - now known as Relax and Renew

    Our Meditation Circle meets weekly and is open to anyone who wishes to decrease stress and increase calm in their lives. The format includes gentle stretching, guided meditation, and reflections on using the mind-body connection to enhance health and well-being. The Meditation Circles are provided at no cost thanks to a generous grant from St. John’s Foundation. 

    Tuesdays, 12:00 Noon - 12:30 p.m.  in the Chapel Annex at HSHS St. John's Hospital No pre-registration required. Walk-ins are welcome!
