Four Steps to Effective Communication
When we can’t communicate effectively, we are more likely to experience stress because our needs are not being met. Reduce the stress in your life by learning the four steps of effective communication that make it more likely that others will respond to you in a positive way. The class is based on nonviolent communication (NVC), a model of personal interaction developed by psychologist Marshall Rosenberg that promotes greater authenticity in communication, increased understanding of self and others, deepening connection in relationships and conflict resolution.
